Impeller Trim & Dynamic Balancing
RSI offers in-house impeller trimming and dynamic balancing.
No matter your spec, we can trim to diameter and balance for smooth, reliable performance.
Power End Exchange
Using your old Power Ends as cores, we can turn around replacement unit usually within 24 hours. By trading in your old units, we are able to offer repair pricing to you and recycle whatever parts we can for a later date.
Fully Equipped Shop
- Disassembly Department: Dedicated area for inspecting repair units.
- Blast Department: (2) 60” industrial sandblast cabinets, (1) glass bead cabinet.
- Paint Booth: 400 sq. ft. booth for custom paint applications.
- Weld Shop: Repairs various alloys, including titanium.
- Machine Shop: Engine lathes, horizontal boring mills (4” & 5”), vertical turret lathe, vertical mills, bandsaws, CNC slant bed lathe, 84” vertical lathe, 6′ x 15” radial arm drill, bridge crane.
